I hear the word ANTICIPATION and I hear God saying that our anticipation and the weight of it has caused a tipping and with it EXPECTATION. He says our expectation of what He will do this year is pleasing to Him. And because of this, He will meet us in a greater realm of glory.
And God says – He is pleased with our faithfulness and our determination to press through. And the reward will be greater than the price paid to receive it.
I see an army marching. And God says – this isn’t any army. This is an army in whom I Myself dwell – an army in whom I have deposited My vision and passion. And there is a new spirit rising up in this army. And they love not their lives even unto death, says God. They are consumed with My love and desire. They have one focus – to take the ground I have ordained. For, I said – this ground will host a fiery move of My Spirit. And My army said – yes Sir, show me my position. Show me my place in line. They didn’t look at the offense that would come to demolish and tear down. They have only this one focus. And the war has been bloody. And there have been wounding and casualties. But the army has marched on as though they were dead already – full of My fiery determination to see My glorious purpose fulfilled. And now, says God, you will see the enemies of My people trampled – in a city . . . in a region.
And the river will take a turn, says God. It will flow where you did not expect it. And you will be a part of this as well. So stay in formation. Lay your lives down day by day as I lead you and empower you to fulfill your part. The weapons are in your hands. The vision is in your heart. The war cry is in your spirit, says God.
I see liquid silver like lava running down from the mountains to Porterville. And God says – It’s bubbling over and running over. And I can see it burning a trail as it goes because it is fiery hot.
And God says – It won’t reach its full potential until it reaches here. The beginning is the higher ground but the result will be seen here – where there is a nesting and smoldering dwelling of His presence that has been nurtured for decades.
So pray for and support what I do in the high places. Call it up and then call it down. Embrace what I do. Be a part of it and speak blessings, says God.
I see a dark place and a light is blazing skyward like a spotlight at a grand opening. And God says – Porterville is a city on a hill. I have chosen her. She is special to Me. From another generation I have chosen her to be a blessing in this generation.
And I will come close. I will come close in a way that has not been known until now. I will endue My people with such passion and power that when they touch someone in need – it will be as though they have been touched by Me alone.
This is why, God says, the wait and the travail and the tears. For this reason it seems, to the hungry and desperate, that it will never happen.
But, God says, I am at work. I am molding and emptying and changing circumstances – and stopping some things that will only be an obstacle to My great plan. And I’m sitting some down and stretching others up. And it’s good. Be content and be filled with My joy at all the change and re-alignment.
Shake off all thoughts of discouragement and rejection. For I have chosen you. I have chosen a city. I have chosen an age and a generation.
Prepare your lives. Prepare your hearts. Be ready to love and pour out. Be filled to overflowing and rejoice at My plan.
I see a gigantic boulder and people are pushing it. And God says – Roll it. Don’t push it.
It’s a team effort. And when you roll it, you are working with the momentum of the boulder. When you push it and force it to scoot and drag across the ground, you are wasting your energy and you will become frustrated and wear out.
Trust My hand. Trust Me to prepare the path. Trust me to give it momentum.
Rolling comes from a place of rest. Pushing comes from a place of striving and willfulness.
I am the one who will move the boulder. You must partner with Me.
Once you understand this completely, then the boulder will begin to roll forward with speed and ease. And nothing will be big or strong enough to stop it.
I see an old locomotive moving slow and steady down the track – and God says, I will not allow you to get off the track.
And I see different objects being thrown onto the track like branches, rocks and dirt. But, God says – the train will stay on course. Nothing will cause the train to be de-railed.
And this is because of My investment – And the love, sacrifice and prayers of My people.
And I see that this is what powers the train.
So keep doing what you are doing. Keep your eyes on Me. Keep pressing into Me. Keep submitting your hearts to Me. Keep pressing in through prayer – and serving one another in love.
Lay down and surrender all fear and anxiety to Me, says God.
I see a hand holding several of what looks like large silver marbles. And the hand tosses the marbles across the floor. And God says – I have held you tightly in the palm of My hand, My treasured leaders. And My eyes have been closely looking after you, molding you and only allowing you to venture out into places that would not distract you from the path I have laid before you.
I hear a clock ticking and I hear – the time is near when I will send you forth with force – with the momentum of My glory coupled with My perfect grace.
And I see the silver marbles again rolling quickly across a surface, and whatever is in the path of each is tumbled over. And God says – the wind at your back will be the wind of My Spirit. So breathe deep. Drink in My presence. Drink in My love. Be filled this day, says your Father.
I again see the silver marbles – only this time they are not going in a straight line, but are rolling aimlessly side to side, and God says – no longer will you be unsure or wobble back and forth along your destined path. But I will set within you Holy Spirit GPS and you will hear Me clearly and will move with purpose and precision, says Your God.
Isaiah 30:21 – “Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”
I see a couple dancing – twirling around and spinning. And I see that Father God wants us to be completely lost in Him – completely submitted to His leading.
He says – it’s a divine dance. And the more you let go of your desire to lead the steps, the more I will have control of where you set your feet – and whether you should glide or or be on tip toes. Whether you should skip or kick or twist or jump.
Listen to My heartbeat, says Your Father. Let’s waltz. Rest your head on My chest and allow your heart to connect to Mine.
And when you have completely surrendered your movements to My leading – then will you be completely free in Me.
I see a little girl with her feet on her Daddy’s feet, dancing and laughing. And He is full of joy and pride at His beautiful daughter.
I see parachuters dropping from the sky. And I hear God say – I’m sending reinforcements. And some of the parachuters are holding boxes and there are also parachutes falling that only have a box attached.
And I see the people who are jumping have names like prayer warriors, preachers and teachers. And I see the boxes contain food and some contain tools.
And I hear – the scales are tipping – as the workers who are moving into their called positions are outnumbering the workers of darkness who would attempt to blockade the move of God.
And I see a teenager on a skateboard speeding down a sidewalk. And I hear God say – the young people will move with speed. When they catch the wind of My Spirit – they will move with such momentum, and they will surprise the enemy.
So, God says, I have placed and am placing leaders with a heart for the youth who have the ability to impart fire and passion to a group of fast moving youth who will be my secret weapon.
I see young people with much commotion surrounding them – earplugs with music blasting, texting and talking. But God says – My voice will ring loud and clear. They will hear My trumpet call in spite of distraction. And they will come in and they will be a force to be reckoned with.
So don’t be heavy hearted for these younger ones you see – even your children – even your grandchildren. Declare their destinies in Me. Hand them over to My purpose and watch – as I set a fire in their hearts. And you will see them begin to run with My desires, says God.
I see a person pedaling a bike – then it transforms into a motorized bike, then turns into a motorcycle, which turns into a car, which becomes a race car and then a rocket that shoots off.
And God says – it’s all about transition. And this is a season of transition. So when you’re pedaling as fast as you can and you feel as if your legs are going to fall off, SUDDENLY – a motor will appear. And when you can barely make it up the hill with your motorized bike – SUDDENLY – it will become a motorcycle and you will take the hill with ease. And these transitions will happen supernaturally and with ease if you keep your eyes on Me. For if you focus on the vehicle or the track laid before you, you will falter.
But in Me you have the ability to overcome anything in your path.
And I hear “transition stage of childbirth”. And God says – don’t push yet. Keep breathing, but don’t push. And don’t get overwhelmed.
But as a woman in labor must focus on her “coach” – I will be the coach in this transitional time in history. And each of you is a player in the grand scheme.
I see a chess board and people are the chess pieces and a big hand is overhead moving the pieces where they should be and I hear God say – checkmate.
