A Whisper of Revival

I see the Lord weaving a beautiful blanket out of His people.  The way that will look in the natural is . . different ministries and people we have connected with in the past or have even connected with recently, will begin to form alliances of trust and support for one another.  We have not seen it to this degree yet.

It will feel shaky and unsure at first.  We’ll have a “go” in our spirit.  But the “how to” will not be there.  Trust Him in this.  He will give us step by step instructions.  We will not misstep if we keep the main thing the main thing, which is to keep our focus on the advancement of the Kingdom – by deferring to one another and seeing others as having a greater purpose than our own.

In the past we led by having a structure of rules and standards of conduct that were a priority over the relationships that were supported by the structures.  NOW, we will see relationships become the structures that will support the building and formation of the standards that will be established.  It will be the birth of the New Church.

Where we would have said – “the churches” in this or that city or town  . . we will now say “THE CHURCH”.

And though we will meet in different buildings and homes, we will come together, laying our differences aside – uniting as one body, worshiping one God, the Father of us all!

I see the damage that has occurred due to the separatist tendencies in the five fold giftings.  Because of the extreme differences in the personalities in the giftings and a leaning to toward gathering those like us ad isolating ourselves from those different than us, walls have been built and celebrated.  We’ve celebrated and promoted our own visions while casting aspersion on those with visions from God that don’t look like ours.

But I see a grace released upon God’s leaders that enables them to see the beauty in the contrasts – and a willingness to be the missing piece in another leader’s vision.

And this process will begin with a revelation of our own inadequacies . . by a confession that we can’t do it without the help of others not like us.

Thank You Father for Your love and grace toward Your people.  Do it Lord.

We are in a season where the water is waist deep.  And just like in Ezekiel 47, there were 1000 cubit measurements from ankle deep to knee deep, God has set measurements of time and depth and in this season we are now waist deep.  We’ve been ankle deep and we’ve been knee deep.  Then a measure of time and a season and we are waist deep.

In Ezekiel, after he was waste deep, the man measured another 1000 cubits and the river was now impassable.  Now the river could not be crossed.

Each season of greater depth of water makes more difficult to move forward.  We can feel like we’re slowed down and overwhelmed.  The weight of our legs can become heavy and we can’t run like we used to.  And we’re tired.

And where we’ve felt up until now that we’ve continually had battles and then rest in between, the rest periods don’t seem to last as long now.  And we even feel like we didn’t get to be fully re-energized before the next battle.  And many of the battles have been thoughts and attacks on our minds – and against what has been promised . . and also conflicts and misunderstandings among those we run with.

So I feel like this season is not going to bring relief in this area.  We need to trust God and press through even harder, knowing that soon we’ll be swimming (verse 5 says – the water had risen and was now deep enough to swim).

But I also see this season as one where much prayer is needed for the leaders of the coming movement.  I see many falling off and overwhelmed.

And also – there is a sense of fear of the unknown.  As the water deepens, there a stronger uneasiness because you can’t see what is lurking under the water.  And the creatures under the surface are bigger and there’s more of them.

So grace is needed.  As is staying very close to God and His word . . and greater intimacy.

I see hands sweeping objects into a pile in the center.  And I hear God say – a season of unity is upon you.  I’m uniting hearts, uniting families, uniting ministries and uniting cities and regions.

And I see the Lord blow His breath onto the pile and from it a tree becomes rooted and grows with bright green leaves.

And I hear – when I do this, life will come.  New life, new joy, new affection towards one another and a willingness to lay down our differences and strive for the divine purpose.

I see individuals and ministries who have isolated themselves receive a hand of welcome from those who are nearby.  This is a chance to become a part of a family.

And I see teams of people joining forces and constructing buildings.  Some are skyscrapers and reach to the sky.

And I hear – now is the time to link arms.  Lay your differences aside.  Unite in your love for Me and I will show you a measure of My grace poured out in this region unlike you have seen.

I see a thick fog covering a wide open area.  And I see a strong wind blow in and push back the fog.  And because of this, the sun shines brightly on the ground.  And I see a whole city lit up, sparkling and glowing.

And I hear God say – Your persistent prayers avail much.

And I see birds flying and they have fire in their beaks.  And they touch down on different places, setting fires in one place and then fly to another place to set another fire with the flame in their beaks.  And all at once, the city is covered with burning locations.

Do it Lord!

Tri-County Prophetic Roundtable – Tulare, CA

I see a rock wall crumbling and I see light breaking through the cracks.  And I see people standing around amazed and saying – I didn’t know it was possible.  I didn’t know there was light on the other side.

And I see people running frantically to grab pieces of the wall and to stick them back into the open places.  But the light shining from the other side is blinding and bright and it makes it impossible.

We are in a season of truth coming forth in power – of the Word of God being rediscovered and faith being reignited.

The stew has been in the pot simmering – but the lid is coming off and it’s coming to a full boil.  And the steam and the aroma is filling the house.

God is giving us the green light, the determination and the courage to kick the doors down that we knew were before us but we weren’t sure if it was acceptable or even the right timing.

He’s raising up leaders who will not fit in the current mold of the pc church.

I hear Him saying – JUST SAY IT.  SAY IT LIKE YOU HEAR IT.  DON’T QUESTION MY LEADING.

And I hear “easy chair”.  We’ve made the seats in the church a place we go to hear something nice.

God is getting ready to stir some things up.  Some who wanted an easy ride will be offended and leave.  And some who stayed away because they felt the church had sold out will return because they were waiting for the power to return.

A grand exchange will take place as He begins to set things once again in His divine order.

I see five fold leaders from different churches and ministries begin to form networks so that the five fold will come together to work as a team once again.  Two or three ministers will unite and the leaders will have influence in the other’s ministries so that all the functions of the equippers and trainers will be accessible to those in need.

And I hear TURNING THE TIDE.  And I hear – get ready for the shift.  And I can feel the momentum and the pull of gravity like what you feel when you are on a ride at the fair – like Twister or Roundup.  And when it moves, your neck is pulled as you try to stay with the flow of the ride.  And this is what it will be like as He draws us into divine alignment.

If you are stiff-necked and stubborn, it’s going to be painful.  So don’t resist His leading.

He is even now positioning people in our lives who will help us to pivot into place.  It’s through intimacy with Him and relationship with the Body that a smooth transition will be accomplished.

And I see waves crashing and I hear – “moves colliding”.  But I hear Him say – it’s all good.

We are living in exciting times and we are in an exciting season of change.

Like King Hezekiah in 2 Kings 18 – who was the son of wicked king Ahaz.  When he came into power, he cleaned house by removing the high places, smashing the sacred stones and cutting down the asherah poles.

So we are coming into a HEZEKIAH SEASON.  And where we have swung the pendulum to the point that doctrines have been established that have robbed the church of power – God is bringing balance.

And I hear – THAT WAS THEN AND THIS IS NOW.  And I see the resistance from those who will not accept that some of the ways that God moved in the past are relevant today.

And I see the word GRACE 3 times.  And I hear that grace, grace, grace is needed to bring the truth into places where there is resistance.

So God is raising up leaders who will speak the truth with the Father’s heart.

Tri-County Prophetic Roundtable – Tulare CA

I hear “PICKING UP THE PIECES” and I believe that’s the season we’re in.  And what I see is a scene after a bomb has gone off and there’s a sense of confusion, loss and looking around to see who’s alive, who needs help and who is gone.  I see a man who is picking up fragments of different things off of the ground and analyzing whether he has enough to move forward.  And for the leaders that are hearing His voice, I don’t get a sense of sadness & quitting.  What I sense is obedience and an acceptance & willingness to do whatever the Lord would have them do in the next season.  So, it’s Father God who set the bomb off.  It was needed.  And what I’m hearing is – clean slate – fresh marching orders – and new assignments.  And I see the hand of God reach down and pick up the wounded but still kicking . . and He shakes the dust and debris off and places new hats on their heads.  And for some this will mean new titles, positions or functions.

I’m also hearing “THIS AIN’T NO PARTY”.  And what I see is a fresh revelation of the awe and serious nature of the work that lies ahead.  And those that were looking for a party atmosphere are going to get a wake up call.

I’m also hearing “Prayer IS the revival”. . as opposed to “Praying FOR the revival”.   And I’m reminded of the prayer meetings we had after returning from the Brownsville Revival.  All we wanted to do was have prayer meetings.  We didn’t care as much for the church meetings because the prayer meetings were where God showed up.  I see a returning to this.

And I hear that the visions He has given us will materialize.  We need to focus on the matter at hand and if it looks different than we envisioned, recognize that it is a season and be willing to pour everything we have into it, even though it appears to be moving in a different direction.

And I feel that God is pleased.  But I also sense a shifting in the house churches and home meetings.  And He isn’t going to continue to bless in this season where He blessed in the past concerning the leaders who have built communities upon the need to “escape” the Church at large.  He will be exposing heart issues and motivations that don’t line up with His heart.

I’m also hearing . . JUST LET GO.  I feel like God is saying . . those that you exhausted yourself trying to prop up and strengthen to run with you were not meant to run with you.  They were with you for a season.  But He’s sending reinforcements.  He’s sending leaders that will not only stand shoulder to shoulder, but will be of such spiritual stature and strength, they will pull you up to a new level.

And I see a regional “connecting of the dots”.  Leaders from different cities and counties will be coming together and working together on teams as closely as if they were in the same church.  Travel time will be required.

As a Body and as a region, we are being squeezed like we’ve never been before.  The place we’re in seems tight and it seems dark.  We’re being asked to advance into areas that are unknown to us and TRUST is what is required.

He is asking us to open up the borders that we’ve set by wisdom and operate by faith.

The connections He is making are for the long haul.

It’s 4:20 am as I’m writing this and this time is significant.  It’s the last couple of hours before the dawn.  I feel as if we are there spiritually.  The sun is right below the horizon and very soon it’s going to be light, but there is no sign of it.

(2Corinthians 12:9)  But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

Also –

These are the days of small numbers.

We are in a season of separating and adjoining.

We are small but mighty.

In the masses – relationship and covenant cannot be formed in that environment.

The numbers will come.

 

I’m building a nest – a nest that will be a great foundation for the hosting of My Presence in this region.

And I see a nest being formed in a tree.  And the frame of the nest is made with twigs and branches and even some thorny rose bush stems.

And I hear – Yes, it has been an uncomfortable process.  And many are watching – some from afar and some from a closer proximity.  And some have even jumped into the framework with you.  And some have stayed and some didn’t like the way it looked or the way it felt.  And some were not prepared for the thorns and all that would be required.  But it’s all good.  And it is all moving forward according to My will.

And I see the framework completely formed and established.  And now I see feathers and particles and strips of softer materials being laid into the nest and between the twigs and thorns, making the nest soft and comfortable.

And I hear God say – Well done!  And now watch what I will do next.  I’m releasing a wave of JOY and EXPECTATION.  And this will cause an increase in what will be needed to move to the next level.

I am pleased.

Yes!  You have indeed turned the corner!  So just as in the natural – when you turn a corner, you can no longer see what was behind you and where you have been – the difficult seasons, the people who attempted to pull you off course, the situations that confused you and blurred your vision, those are now ALL out of sight and out of mind!

So, don’t look back.  Don’t run back and try to peek around the corner to remind yourself of where you have come from!  Run with joy towards the goal!

And I see a gigantic blanket being rolled out over this region.  And it is a blanket of peace and calm.  And God says – I’m releasing grace in great measures upon this region.  And this grace will cause the leaders in this region to let their guard down and lay down their shields and swords.  And My love will invade.  And when My love invades, the walls of division will begin to crumble.

So be watchful and prayerful.  Look for opportunities to be a blessing to ministries that are not your own.  One act of selflessness can start a domino effect.  And this is because it is My supernatural grace at work, activated by your obedience and desire to see My purpose fulfilled in your region.

Step out now, says God.
