We are in a season of expansion.  Good or bad, we will see the fruit of our obedience multiplied.  So what has been sown will be reaped.

I see circles representing ministries.  And they are expanding and enlarging so that they overlap with other circles that are near and also expanding.  And the areas where they overlap will produce a beautiful mixture and blending of anointings and purposes.

It is also a season of expansion in the hearts of leaders – where we have allowed God to break us and we have stood in the face of rejection, abandonment and betrayal and chose to love and move forward when we wanted to throw in the towel.

We have come through a season of choosing obedience over desires and expectations – and allowing God to fully take the reigns.

He’s breaking the mold and shifting the way ministries are established.  Relationship is key.  He is forming bonds that cannot be broken.  This will be required to withstand the repercussions and “blow back” (see below) that will be experienced by ministries and leaders who will be instrumental in hosting the move of God.

When our focus is on protecting the ministry, the ministry will not be able to withstand the opposition.  But when we focus on protecting relationship, the ministry will stand.

He is pleased with where we are in the process.

• “Blow back” is a term that originated in the CIA in the 50s.  It is defined as “unintended consequences of a covert operation that are suffered by the aggressor.”  I feel that we are to understand that WE  are the aggressors, not the enemy.  We are on the offensive.  We have the upper hand as we move forward and take the ground He is giving us.

I see a river flowing with white water rapids.  And the reason there are rapids is because under the water are rocks and boulders.  And the rocks and boulders have names like – Self-importance, Independence, Doubt, Unbelief . . . all of the hindrances to a move of God.  But the water is wearing down the rocks as it flows.  And the stream is propelled with a lot of power and momentum.

And the Lord says – it is your worship and intercession that are propelling the river and removing the roadblocks.  Keep pressing in.  Keep worshiping and dancing in My presence.

And I see a large cement wall and people are lined up against it, pushing the wall back.  And behind them a wind begins to blow, adding to their strength and helping to push the wall back.

And God says – don’t stop now.  Press even harder than you have so far.

And I hear a newly birthed baby cry.

I see a person wading deeper and deeper into a pool of water.  And they have no fear of the depths and are thinking to themselves – I don’t care if I walk until the water is over my head and I’m unable to breathe.  I have outgrown the kiddie pool now and am ready to go where I have feared to go in the past.  And I see them throw off their floaties and toss aside their pool toys and rafts and continue to walk deeper and deeper into the water.

And God says – where I am taking you, you can no longer hold onto the things that brought you security and comfort.  You must let go of all safeguards and those things that kept you afloat in the past.  They are all hindrances to what I will do in you next.  Are you completely sold out?  Does your title and affiliation mean more to you than My Kingdom?  For I am calling forth the daring ones and only the courageous and wild at heart will advance.  Only those with a die hard love for Me and what I plan to do will move to the front and be used as I desire to use them.

I see the scene from Dead Poet’s Society (movie) – where the students stand on their desks and proclaim – “Oh Captain, my Captain”.  In that moment, what they stood for meant more than losing everything.

And I see a soldier who is decorated with pins and patches and they begin to rip them off and then stand there without any left on their uniform.  And I hear God say – I have seen your efforts in the past and all that you have sacrificed to carry out My purposes in the previous season of your journey.  But now I will require you to lay it all down – not holding claim to any of your previous accomplishments thus far.  The only title or certification or medal that you will wear is a burning flame in your heart for Me.

I see a shovel digging into hard soil and cracking the surface.  And I hear “groundbreaking”.  And God says – this groundbreaking will have far reaching effects and will even create an earthquake.

And I see the dawn of a new culture in this region.  Get ready for a little R&R.  And by R&R, I mean revival & reformation.  True reformation cannot come without first having revival – an awakening of My people to their first love and a stirring of passion and excitement to see My Kingdom come – to see My glory invade a region.

And I see a group of people running to the crowds of people standing around and yelling with their hands thrown up in the air – Wake up!!  Wake up!!  And they sit down in frustration because the people are not moved.

But God says – you tried to do it in your own strength and power.  But now I will quicken you and I will release you to walk in a greater realm of glory and it will be by My Spirit that you will persuade those who are reluctant to join the ranks of those who will usher in the coming move of My Spirit.  Hang on just a little longer.  Continue to press in.  Continue to believe that I will do what I have promised to do.

And I hear a clock ticking and I hear – the appointed time is upon you.

I see the land here in the Valley (Central Valley of CA) – the flat areas and the rolling hills.  And there is a rumbling under the surface and there’s a rolling action in the ground like a pregnant woman’s belly when the baby has grown and is kicking in the womb.

And God says – the ground can no longer hold what is rumbling to be released.  The pressure has built to a level that it cannot be contained.

And I see intercessors walking the ground and their hands are raised to heaven and they’re making declarations and claiming the ground for the Kingdom of God.  And I see warfare in the heavens and I hear a clashing of swords and God says – it is finished.  And now I will release what I have promised to release.  And hell with not prevail.

And you who have been chasers of My glory will chase no more.  You will now be releasers of My glory.  And some have looked at you with disdain and judged you for your zeal that appeared to be an oddity.  But it was never an oddity to Me.  You have been treasured by Me and I have held you close to My heart.  And I have whispered My secrets in your hearing and you will now rejoice to see what I have promised come to fulfillment.

I see a great arm moving across a wide area and sweep many people into one space.  And God says – I’m bringing them in.

And I see that some of the people are not as  willing to be swept along with the others and they fall down during the moving process.  And God says – I’m moving quickly and those that are determined to see with natural eyes and try to analyze and wait for confirmation will miss this grand gathering of My hungry ones.  It requires a leap of faith and a heart of radical obedience.  So, lay aside all fear and procrastination.

I see people who are holding luggage and waiting for this sign and that sign to confirm the route to the destination.  But, God says – throw it all down and run with Me!

I see a woman with a basket picking up seeds off of the ground and putting them in a basket.  And I hear – “seeds of revival”.  In many places the seeds of revival were planted and the right people were in place, the location was precise and there was a visitation of My glory.  But because of error, disobedience or choice, the seeds were never fertilized and did not germinate.  So they were gathered up for another time and season.

And I see people who are bright and shining on the inside.  And I hear – these are the carriers of the seeds of revival.  Nothing is wasted.  The tears and prayers and declarations of a previous season will be carried and multiplied in the coming seasons.

And I hear God say – I have carefully protected and hidden my “carriers.”  I have nurtured them and prepared them to be releasers and to proclaim what is to come.

I see two rivers running side by side.  And I see that one is clear and the other is muddy. And they merge and the clear river becomes muddy.

And God says – Stay the course I have set for you. Keep the purity of the foundation of this movement at the center of all activity.  Guard diligently against attempts of the enemy to throw a wrench into the gears and cause what is advancing forward to stop or be delayed.

I have covered you with My hand.  I have sent angels on assignment.  Your part is to worship Me, praise Me for the victory and press through in prayer declaring destruction on every plan of the enemy to pollute the river of glory that has begun to flow and will continue to advance in your region.

I see a great press like one that might press grapes. And I see a lot of pressure and steam being produced. And God says – this is a season of pressing. And it’s also a time of rejoicing because I have found you worthy to withstand the breaking and sorrow that is required to form a people that will be those that would release a new wine in this region.

So allow the heat that you are feeling to form you and squeeze you. Don’t jump out of the press – but press into Me. You will hear My voice leading you in the direction that I’m calling you to go and you will feel My hand hold you and guide you forward.

And the result will be a beautiful sight to Me – an army of advancers who will walk in freedom and glorious brokenness. And out of them will run a flow of sweet red wine that will form a river and a movement that will shake the ground like an earthquake.
